China is located in eastern Asia along the western shore of the Pacific Ocean. It spreads over a vastly diverse geographical area of 9.6 million square kilometers, and is home to approaching 1.4 billion people. Since the 1980's, China has been drawing increasing amounts of Western visitors eager to explore its beauty and culture. most travellers find the country easy to navigate and well worth effort. Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong are the four best-known tourist cities in China.

• Beijing: The Chinese capital is well-known for its mixture of ancient culture and urban growth. The most famous attractions in Beijing include the Great Wall of China and the Forbidden City. 
• Shanghai: Known as a city of commerce, Shanghai is China's largest and most prosperous city. It is often called "China's Gateway to the West" due to it's increasingly Westernized culture. Famous attractions include Yu Garden and the Bund. 
• Xi'an: A visit to Xi'an is a journey into China's long history. Xi'an served as capital for 12 dynasties over 1,000 years. The world famous Terracotta Army is located in Xi'an as well as many other historical sites. 
• Hong Kong: The fascinating history of the British occupation of Hong Kong creates a fusion of Chinese and Western culture unlike anywhere else in China. Known for shopping and sightseeing, Hong Kong is immensely popular with tourists looking to find great deals and unique experiences. 

Japan is an island country in East Asia. Located in the Pacific Ocean, it lies off the eastern coast of  the Asian continent and stretches from the Sea of Okhotsk in the north to the East China Sea and the Philippine Sea in the south. 

• Tokyo: Tokyo is Japan's capital and the world's most populous metropolis. It is also one of Japan's 47 prefectures, consisting of 23 central city wards and multiple cities, towns and villages west of the city center. The Izu and Ogasawara Islands are also part of Tokyo. 
• Osaka: Osaka is Japan's second largest metropolitan area after Tokyo. It has been the economic powerhouse of the Kansai Region for many centuries. Osaka was formerly known as Naniwa. Before the Nara Period, when the capital used to be moved with the reign of each new emperor, Naniwa was once Japan's capital city, the first one ever known.
• Kyoto: Kyoto served as Japan's capital and the emperor's residence from 794 until 1868. It is one of the country's ten largest cities with a population of 1.5 million people and a modern face.
• Mount Fiji: The Fuji Five Lake region lies at the northern base of Mount Fuji about 1000 meters above sea level around the lakes Kawaguchiko, Saiko, Yamanakako, Shojiko and Motosuko. It is one of the best places to view Mount Fuji from a close distance and a good base for climbing the mountain.

Iceland, a Nordic island nation, is defined by its dramatic landscape with volcanoes, geysers, hot springs and lava fields. Massive glaciers are protected in Vatnajökull and Snæfellsjökull national parks. Most of the population lives in the capital, Reykjavik, which runs on geothermal power and is home to the National and Saga museums, tracing Iceland’s Viking history.  

• Reykjavik: Reykjavik, on the coast of Iceland, is the country's capital and largest city. It's home to the National and Saga museums, tracing Iceland’s Viking history. The striking concrete Hallgrimskirkja church and rotating Perlan glass dome offer sweeping views of the sea and nearby hills. Exemplifying the island’s volcanic activity is the geothermal Blue Lagoon spa, near the village of Grindavik. 
• Geysir: Geysir, sometimes known as The Great Geysir, is a geyser in southwestern Iceland. It was the first geyser described in a printed source and the first known to modern Europeans. The English word geyser derives from Geysir. The name Geysir itself is derived from the Icelandic verb geysa the verb from Old Norse. 
• Vik: Vík í Mýrdal is a remote seafront village in south Iceland. It sits in the shadow of Mýrdalsjökull glacier, which covers the Katla volcano. Reyniskirkja is a wooden church dating to 1929. Reynisfjara beach has black pebbles, basalt columns and the Reynisdrangar offshore rock formations. The cliffs of Reynisfjall mountain are home to seabirds such as puffins. Just west, the Dyrhólaey peninsula has a large rock arch. 
• Reykjanes Peninsula: Southern Peninsula Reykjanesskagi or Reykjanes Peninsula is a region in southwest Iceland. It was named after Reykjanes, the southwestern tip of Reykjanesskagi. The region has a population of more than 22,000 and is one of the more densely populated parts of the island. 

New York City is one of the most exciting cities in the world. It comprises 5 boroughs sitting where the Hudson River meets the Atlantic Ocean. At its core is Manhattan, a densely populated borough that’s among  the world’s major commercial, financial and cultural centers. Its iconic sites include skyscrapers such as the Empire State Building and sprawling Central Park. Broadway theater is staged in neon-lit Times Square.

 Manhattan:  When people think of New York City, Manhattan is often the first place they picture. It’s no wonder: the borough is home to big-name attractions; world-class museums, restaurants and concert halls; and the bright lights of Times Square and Broadway. 

Brooklyn:  Brooklyn offers attractions for every type of traveller.  You can hear live music every night and shop for vintage threads. If you want to root for the home team, there’s pro hockey and basketball at Barclays Center in Downtown Brooklyn. 

Staten Island:  Visitors shouldn’t miss the opportunity to explore Staten Island, renowned for its museums, historic landmarks, beaches and parkland—including the City’s largest forest preserve in the Staten Island Greenbelt. 

Queen:   With adventurous art, international cuisine, gorgeous parks and world-class sporting events, Queens features attractions to satisfy nearly every taste. Sports lovers can watch the New York Mets play baseball at Citi Field and, in a venue nearly adjacent, see the US Open host the world’s best tennis players. 

The Bronx:   People all around the world know the Bronx as the home of the New York Yankees, the Bronx Zoo and the New York Botanical Garden—not to mention as the birthplace of hip-hop. Look deeper and you’ll discover the quaint maritime village of City Island, the cultural attractions of Fordham and Belmont.
